Nancy Petino

Senior Paralegal, Medicaid

At the Law Office of Julie Low, Nancy serves by reviewing and assembling complex Medicaid applications for clients entering long term nursing home care.  She also assists Attorney Low in managing the firm as Executive Director.  She joined the team in November 2017 after taking time from her 20 year professional life to focus on raising her young son.  

Prior to joining the firm, Nancy spent nearly 10 years working with, and advocating for, adults with developmental and physical disabilities at Northeast ARC as a Residential Program Director following that, she served 10 years at the Department of Developmental Services as a Human Services Coordinator in the North Shore Area Office. Her intimate knowledge of the MassHealth and Medicaid enrollment process brings a level of compassion and understanding to the complicated application process.    

Nancy earned her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of Iowa in 1992. She also currently serves as a community member volunteer of the Human Rights Committee at the Hogan Regional Center in Danvers where she continues her lifelong commitment to advocating for individuals with special needs.

A transplant from Chicago, Nancy now calls the North Shore home with her husband and son.
